Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every piece from Jewelry By RGMNT comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
